The Rime Chandelier designed by TAF Studio for Muuto reimagines the classic glass pendant as a striking light sculpture. Featuring five mouth-blown, sandblasted glass shades, it casts a soft, refined glow while its square-profile aluminium suspension adds sharp, architectural contrast.
Designed for high ceilings, it makes a bold statement above round tables and dining areas. Visible screws and industrial finishes—White, Black, or Aluminium Grey—highlight its modern character. Each shade includes a high-quality G9 bulb with a colour rendering index above 90 for warm, consistent illumination. Glass shades, suspension, and cables can all be replaced for lasting durability.
The glass shade is mouth-blown and made with up to 75% recycled glass. The suspension is made from die-cast and machined aluminium, supported by a steel aircraft wire. The cord and canopy are made from PVC and injection-moulded ABS. Produced without intentionally added PFAS.
