Established ten years ago, Petite Friture is owned by Paris-based Amelie du Passage.  The brand doesn’t have in-house designers but rather curates a community of independent designers and manufacturers, with 60% of their products made in French ateliers and 95% made in Europe. Petite Friture is an 'entreprise à mission' or 'purpose-driven company'.  This is a French legal status that requires companies to generate profit in a way that will benefit customers' health and the planet.

Week-End Outdoor Range

 Neotenic Table Lamp

Inspired by pasta, the Neotenic table lamp is the fruit of Petite Friture’s collaboration with design studio Jumbo.  It is a statement table lamp with voluptuous, organic dimensions.  It comes in two heights, 26cm and 51cm and four colours.  We can’t wait to get this cutie-patootie into the shop (back in stock in September!).

Donut Mug (in store only)

Drawing her inspiration from the world of baking, designer Pia Chevalier visualised her mugs as a sweet treat. The oversized handle emulates the shape of a doughnut and the enamel finish gives a nod to a sugar-glazed coating. Even the names of the colours they’ve been given, Lemon, Vanilla & Bubblegum have us licking our lips.
